Swedish Relaxation Massage: A relaxation massage using techniques to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, increase oxygen levels in blood and help with lymphatic drainage.

Custom Therapeutic Massage: This custom massage uses a variety of techniques to release muscle tension and improve joint movement. Techniques used may include relaxation, cupping, stretching,and possibly some deep tissue work. Suggested if you need a focused massage but feel other techniques might be to intense (deep tissue).

Deep Tissue Massage:  Applying firm pressure and slow stokes to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Used for chronic aches and pains. Focuses on a specific problem, such as chronic muscle pain and injury rehabilitation.

Swedish Stone Massage: This massage uses Swedish relaxation techniques with Hot or Cold stones to achieve relaxation at a deep level, improve circulation of blood, helps to eliminate toxic buildup, improve sleep and ease stress and tension.*
